Account Manager  

Purpose:

To achieve and exceed sales targets by growing revenue opportunities in new and existing customer accounts. Build the customer revenue base in the region by providing a liaison for the customer to recognize integration services, equipment sales as well as network and value added services sales and expansion opportunities and developing the customer relationship. Expand upon the goodwill and name recognition of the .. brand in the marketplace.  

Responsibilities:  

q Exceed sales targets by developing relationships within named accounts and selling multiple products and services into those accounts.

q Ensuring the relationship between the customer and ... is bound by a contract and managing the relationship by the terms in the contract.

q Negotiate Terms and Conditions with customers.

q Help purchasing department for local vendor negotiations when necessary in close cooperation with the purchasing and legal departments and with the presales solution consultants.

q Positioning at multiple levels within named accounts.

q Managing all aspects of the customer relationship, including but not limited to, sales, moves, adds, changes, billing, implementation, service issues, SLA's, and contractual terms.

q Introduce new products and services into named accounts.

q Accurately forecast sales opportunities and revenue expectations weekly.

q Facilitate meetings between .. executives and customer executives to help ... develop strong relationship with the customer.

q Interfacing with other functions and corporate departments including business support, regional operations, engineering, project management, vendors, product marketing, international regulatory affairs, and finance

q Create business plans and account strategies to manage the accounts at the request of .. Sr. Management.

q Help .. for improving brand awareness in close cooperation with country management and marketing department.  

Skills/Experience/Qualifications:  

q A minimum of five years of account management in a multinational environment or in one of the big systems integrators or IT outsourcing companies with a proven track record of sales successes and customer satisfaction.

q Experience in selling complex systems integration solutions as well as managed solutions

q Experience in Turkish Public Tender Law.

q Ability to sell to and negotiate with CXX level's.

q Accurately forecast new sales and revenue projections at a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.

q Respond in a timely and accurate manor to all new and disconnect orders being placed.

q Ability to multi-task, including working with many customer prospects while focusing on new sales and customer satisfaction.

q PC/Office automation literate; experienced with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

q Organized and detail oriented with excellent time management skills.

q Strong background in account planning, proposal creation and delivery, combined with proactive customer management skills.

q Solid knowledge and understanding of ... product offering or ability to improve quickly.

q Excellent communication capabilities including interpersonal, oral, written, telephone, and presentation skill (In Turkish and in English).

q Ability to operate in an unstructured environment (self-starter, motivator, team player).

q Professional appearance and a level of 'presence' to gain acceptance with high level contacts.

q Ability to travel internationally.

q Positive attitude, be committed, resilience, and be achievement oriented.

q Understand the competitive environment and how to sell against them with all of ..'s product offerings.  

Education Requirements: Individual should have a Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university

Language Requirements: Excellent command of Turkish and English for both written and oral communication
