Mailin pek anlasilmiyor, tahmin yuruterek asagidaki cevabi yaziyorum :)

RTP priority ile 120k ayırıyorsun geriye 136k kaliyor. Sonra policy-map icerisinde priority percent 70 diyorsun ve IOS sana %70 (yani 179kb) ayiramayacagini sadece %53 (yani (256-120)/256) kaldigini soyluyor.

Bir de bu sorundan bagimsiz olarak ozellikle priority kullanmadigin durumlarda interface altindaki "max-reserved-bandwitdh" tanimlarina dikkat etmelisin. Bu tanim yokken IOS BW'nin %75'ini senin kullanimina sunuyor. Demek istedigim QoS-VoIP-Control-Trust class'in icin ayrilan BW "max-res-bw" tanimina gore degisir.
