Gorunus o ki hattin bir yerinde senin router'ina loop verilmis, TT tarafindan hattin bir yerinde unutulmus fiziksel loop olabilir veya TT nin routerindan soft-loop geliyor da olabilir. Bu loop nereden geliyor onu arastirmalisiniz. Loop'u kaldirmadikca up/up olmayacaktir. Bir de kendi interface konfigurasyonunun gonderisrsen ona da bir goz atabiliriz.

Aşağıdaki ekranı alıyorum.TT kendisinden kaynaklana bir sorun olmadığını belirtiyor. Encapsulation moe u HDLC ye çektik modem değiştirdik ama bir sonuç olmadı.TT ye kendilerinden kaynaklandığı konusunda ısrarcı mı olmalıyım ? Teşekkürler.
