bu dokuman tavsiyesine uyarak "sh platform health" ve "sh process cpu" ciktilarini yollarmisin ?

[cisco-ttl] 4506 CPU problem

Arkadaslar merhaba;

Sirketimizde backbone icin kullandigimiz 2 adet 4506 switch HSRP ile redundant calisiyor. Switchlerden birinde surekli olarak "Cat4k Mgmt LoPri" servisi %49 cpu kullaniyor ve toplamda cpu load %90 larda seyrediyor, kisa zaman once toplam CPU load %30 u gecmezdi. Digerinde asagi yukari ayni konfigurasyon olmasina ragmen boyle bir problem yok. Cisco ya case acildiginda ios update I yaparsak duzelecegi soylendi fakat herhangi bir degisiklik yok. Cisco site da yaptigim arastirmada AppleTalk yada IPX kullaniliyorsa olabilecegi yaziyordu, fakat ipx ve appletalk tamamen shut edilmis durumda ve boyle bir application da networkde calismiyor. Ciktilar asagidaki gibi daha onceden basina gelen birisi cevap donerse sevinirim..
