Her iki uç zannediyorum Türk Telekom un farkli networkleri üzeride çalisiyor Bir uç ttnet , diger uç turpakta ise Türk telekom kaynakli bir tanim problemi gibi duruyor.

Türk telekom ttnet ve turpak arasindaki geçislerde hiz kisitlamasi ile ilgili bir tanim yapiyor.Bu bahsettiginiz soruna neden olmakta. Hiz ile ilgili yapilan tanimi geçici olarak türk telekom a sildirin ve deneyin. Zaten hiz in ne olacagi gshdsl modemin bagli oldugu santralde yapiliyor. TTnet ve turpak geçislerinde yapilmasi sorun yaratiyor.Bu geçis noktasinda "UBR" yaptirin , hiz belirtmesinler yani..(geçici olarak)
