   Bu tur durumlari asmak icin, port-yonlendirmesi yapmaniz gerekiyor, basitce asagidaki gibi bir static nat tanimi girerseniz, sorun kalmaz. iyi calismalar,

ip nat inside source static tcp/udp ic-adress port_numrasi dis-adress/interface port_numarasi  h323 (1718..1720,..) portlarini yonlendirmeniz gerekir..
