Kulland#305;g#305;n switch yuzunden bu DUPLEX MISMATCH olayIn#305; yas#305;yorsun buyuk ihtimalle. Bir turlu 100Mbit Full duplexte anlasam#305;yor demek ki. Bence yaa switchi deistir yada calisma modunu. Ciscoda ethernet portlar#305;n#305; auto yapma bence.
