ben de 1.5 yil once ADSL vardi ve o zaman static IP veriyordu telekom.
sadece basvurmak yeterliydi ama ben o zaman Intelnet'teydim ve ADSL icin
telekomla cok gorusuyorduk ve hemen yapmislardi. cok sey degismediyse hala
veriyor olmasi lazim
