Radius server'ın (IAS servisinin yüklü olduğu) Win2000 domain'ine üye ise veya mevcut DC'lerin birine kurarsan böyle bir sorunun olmaz. Sadece kullanıcılarının Dial-in yetkilerine sahip olması yeterli. IAS bir Windows 2000/2003 servisi IAS, sadece bu DB'ye ulaşabilmek için bir arayüzlük yapıyor yoksa kendi db'sine sahip değil.
Eğer IAS'ı bir member server değilde standalaone server olarak kurarsan, haliyle sadece Local users'ı kullancağı için dediğinde haklısın.

Radius serverdan bir authentication sağladığımda radius server da tanımlı (local) userla giriş yapmış olacaklar.(en azından benim bulduğum konf.da öyle: http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/110/cvpn3k_pix_ias.pdf) Ben ayrıca domain user ve pass bilgilerini de girmeleri gerekecek bir uygulama yapmak istiyorum.

Hepinize teşekkürler. İAS üzerinden authentication yapmaya karar verdim.grupla pek alakalı değil ama radius ile auth sağlandıktan sonra active directory arasında bir senkronize yapmak ( active directory dende authentication sağlamak ) mümkün mü acaba? (server:win 2000)

İnternetten bağlanan şirket çalışanları için vpn tanımlamak istiyorum. Cisco dan baktığımda (http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/iaabu/pix/pix_sw/v_61/config/basclnt.htm#1006517) radius server kurulması gerektiğini görüyorum. Radius server kurmadan yapabileceğim bir konfigurasyonları bulabileceğim site bilen var mı? Ya da radius u free olarak bulabileceğim bir site var mı?
