	Evliya Celebi Turkce siteleri taramak amaciyla yazilmis bir arama
robotudur. Halen alfa durumundadir. Perl ile yazilmis ve LWP kutuphanesi
kullanilmistir. Ilgili kutuphane(ler) ftp://ulak.net.tr/pub/perl/CPAN
altindan cekilebilir.
	Acik kodun buraya konmasindaki amac benzer bir proje ile
ugrasacak olanlara kaynak saglamaktir. Adi ve koda emegi gecenler
korundugu surece program ucuncu sahislarca gelistirilebilir.

Versiyon 0.17 icin not: (03/05/2000)
	Bu versiyon calismak icin mysql'e ihtiyac duymaktadir. Ilgili
modullerin yuklenmesi (http://www.mysql.org adresinden mevcut) ve
tablolarin olusturulmasi gerekir. Tablo tanimlari su anda ayri bir dosya
olarak mevcut degil. Kod icinden bulunabilir.

	Evliya Celebi is a web robot designed for searching turkish sites
on the Internet. It is still in alpha stage. It is written in Perl5 with
LWP library. Related libraries can be download from CPAN sites.
	The main reason presenting source code here is to help others
working on a similar project. The program itself can be developed freely
if the name of the robot and the credits are preserved.

Special Note for verion 0.17: (05/03/2000)
	This version requires MySql to run. Related modules must be
installed (can be found from http://www.mysql.org) and tables must be
created. Table structures are not given here. You can find them by a
simple examination on source.
